Top Glove proposes bonus issue
Top Glove, the world's largest rubber glove manufacturer, proposes to undertake a bonus issue of up to 348m new shares of RM0.50 each. It also proposes to increase its authorised share capital from RM200m comprising 400m shares to RM400m comprising 800m shares. The proposed bonus issue shall be wholly capitalised from the company's share premium. It expects the proposal to be completed by the 3Q of 2010. (Bernama) Comments: We view the bonus issue positively as not only it will increase the stock liquidity but signaling higher earnings ahead. Hence, the dilution effect would be minimal. We keep our Market Perform as the consensus PER is high at 15x === Also attaching Daily Trading Pick : TGOFFS (7228) as Short-Term Buy. Attached File(s)

Mebbe a bigger wan this time. No offence, every1. Personally i think HELP is better than masterskill. You can go to the campus and check with the it, normal class with 30 students capacity always packed with more than 50++ people!! Every year fees also increase.i bei tahan just now.. halfway drinking tea also burnt my mouth by seeing message... i remember when i traveled to Europe.. tipping is for better service next time.. so si gina, treat ur gf's mom nicely.. |

My main worry is oversupply situation could be imminent. Did you buy too? What do you think about Transpac(T55)?(Chyaw ,any comments on this?)
