Well - I am very tempted to buy Greek government bonds right now.....the yield is 15%..... drool.gif
Maybe wait a few days and the yield will be even higher....a bit of hedging on the Euro and I could make some good money...... brows.gif

Is there a way to buy the bond directly? I too are willing to take the risk of this junk bond

Are there any less costly option? The interest rate of 15% is simply to great to ignore

You can trade in the secondary market. Eurobonds are traded over-the-counter. Major markets for Eurobonds exist in London, Frankfurt, Zurich, and Amsterdam.

I'm actually not too worried about the Eurozone problems.....I mean, it's not like it's a huge surprise - is it? hmm.gif
The markets have known about these sovereign debt risks for over a year now.
The problem is that with 27 member states of the EU they are not responding rapidly enough to the situation as it develops - or to market concerns... nod.gif

As an example: the EU has called an "urgent" "crisis" meeting to finalise the Greek bail out.

The date? May 10th!! shakehead.gif
