i have a question guys, i'm a beginner. and i been doing full body training on alternate day for 3 month plus. but my right thigh is having this weird numbness after one of my leg press workout. the numbness continue for days, and i have to go to clinic, and doctor said is normal sport injury. I wonder did that mean i'm not suppose to do leg press anymore?? or i shudnt work too hard on leg press?? i do 8 set of 15 rep. in 30 kg or lbs, not remember what is the number on the machine indicate..

the numbness occur during the leg press, i tok my muscle is tired or something.. so i carry on doing it.. and it last for week.. doctor i went to prescribe me with vit B complex somehow. now the numbness is gone, only tingling on the thigh once in a while when i walk. i'm not sure if i can do leg press again, so i'm doing leg extension now..
