started doing fitness training myself around early may. my weight was about 115kgs..
current weight 82kgs.
total weight loss 33kgs
daily meal : oats and chicken breast (steamed)
supplements : animal cuts, ON whey , noxplode
workout routine
monday chest
tuesday back
wednesday abs & cardio
thursday arms
friday shoulders
sat legs
sunday abs & cardio
this was my hardcore workout..
if i can do it.. anyone can do it! =D
