Can i use 100Plus as a fast acting carb before and after workout guys?
Take my Tuna, Eggs, 100Plus incase i don't feel like eating rice..

Oh ya, i workout 3 times a week, used to workout 5 days a week, change of workoutplans..
should i continue with my high protein diet or just take out the pre/post workout meals?

lets put it this way.. should my diet on NON workout days be the SAME as workout days?
Lets say i will have protein shake after workout, must i have protein shake even on non workout days?

Haha I'm just f***in with you la bro. Basically just try to have a meal in every 3-4 hours. A protein shake can be used as a substitute for the time which you're supposed to workout at on the off day.

What matters is you get enough calories and protein for growth and recovery, along with other nutrients of course.
