No, if you were caught acting elitist, admit it. You shouldn't bring down newbies or disparage them like that. It's not like you've earned the rights to. Remember what I told you in bb circles? Big guys don't swagger.
Heard these kind of comments coming from angrydog or Kmaru? They encourage, not disparage. Big diff.

For the sake of accuracy, I'm kind of a d*** to people like Adamemo and Zeist when they do appear here.

it is my new pic. No it's not the end of my fat loss (you don't have to" cut " forever to stay lean), it's the end of a 12 week weight gaining phase.

you've asking me about cutting since last year and to be honest, if you asking of losing too much muscle, you probably don't have much muscle to lose to begin with.

I did my fat loss last year and when you are lean, insulin sensitivity improves and you tend to not store bodyfat that easily when gaining mass. I have the fat man genes as well.

During my fat loss, I only have a cheat meal per week when progress is good. I always stick strictly to my diet (ate like a clockwork), did my cardio ,read tons of books (everything from justin harris and shelby starnes, and all lyle mcdonald's latest book, loren cordain paleo diet book and etc.) and watch countless seminar DVD (james smith, eric cressey) while doing the boring cardio every morning.

just to add when I lose too much weight in a week, I do super high carb days where I consume approx. 800g of carbs, 175-200g of protein, minimal fat.

Good cookie for super high carb days

Cutler Cookies

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Sugar
3 Egg Whites
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 cups Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
3 cups Old Fashion Oats
1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Applesauce

Optional: (I don’t use these)
1/4 cup I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter
1 cup Raisins
1 Banana

Directions:
Blend all ingredients together. You may add more applesauce if mixture is too dry. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 10 minutes or until brown.

again all these depends highly on individuals and week by week progress.

Wrong thread. I did arms yesterday. This was my last exercise for tris after pressdowns and incline tri extensions so don't expect anything impressive for my CGBP.

3rd set 225lbs x 12

4th sets 225lbs x 11

Korean BBQ pic edited out cos of complaints at bb thread. Lol.

Shoulder width Mr eye_knowville. =) Confirmed by Bob Cicherillo's thread at IFBB section at bb.com. I know what I do.

Very very true. Too close and you f*** your wrists. Here you go. Kai Greene and Victor Martinez doing CGBPs. If they're wrong means I'm wrong in my form:-

I'll explain why. Bench press, 3 phases, 3 thirds of the movement. Btm 1/3rd hits chest hardest, mid 1/3rd shoulders and chest, tri. Upper 1/3rd tri are hit the hardest. Notice how well developed angrydog's
chest is, if you've seen his bench press video, he focus on the bottom
2 phases of the movement doing partials therefore maintaining tension on his chest.

What is the function of the triceps? Extension of the arm. Which is why you see me always almost
locking out in the CGBP. I want to try to minimize chest inviolvement, which is
why I don't go all the way down.

But it doesn't mean I do half assed reps either. Is that explanation good
enough bro? =)

Means your elbows doesn't need to go parallel to your body based on the video? I've always been trying to keep them parallel, didn't know it was bad.
