Recovery hmm.... For my case, if lets say, i train chest today, i don't train for next day and i consider that as recover ade or rest... is that right?

Got 305lbs x 1 with straps today biggrin.gifD (No hitching)
315 here i come!

Anyone know any accessory exercises that help you get off the floor during the deadlift (the first phase of the deadlift)? That's the part i have trouble with.

5'2'', yes i know im a midget -__- but im 16 and hoping i still have time to grow.
Around 130lbs/58-59kg.
For 305 i was wearing a belt. But when i did 295 for 3 reps i didnt realize i didnt have belt on until i was finished with the set xD

1k club is when you have a total of 1000lbs on the three major lifts, bench/squat/deadlift. People usually have like 250,350,400lbs on the lifts respectively.
It's only my deadlift thats good. My bench and squat has been stuck FOREVER.
I think it's time to get off of Rippetoe's SS.
