Recovery hmm.... For my case, if lets say, i train chest today, i don't train for next day and i consider that as recover ade or rest... is that right?

Got 305lbs x 1 with straps today
315 here i come! Anyone know any accessory exercises that help you get off the floor during the deadlift (the first phase of the deadlift)? That's the part i have trouble with. |

Wow... that is impressive. In real life you must look quite muscular... compact yet powerful.
