I will bulk. DUring the last week of cutting, i feel miserable and always tired. So tough. Bulking is way easier ....

Yeah, bulk when you think you are small and cut when you think you got too much fat and repeat the process. Maintain when you are satisfied with your mass. But my point is, cut is really tough rclxub.gif

There is no way one can maintain the cut or we call it peak form forever. Your body will resist it so bad that you feel really miserable.

Dan you look like you have 8 pax. My pax is 6 but the lower 2 is not visible completely

thanks guys. You can do it also. I am about 165 cm (im short biggrin.gif ) weight during that time is 56kg. I lose around 6kg during cutting. Body fat not measured. I guess around 6-8% ?

i cut about 3 month. 1st month reduce carb but still eat rice, 2nd month reduce carb and calorie further. Last month the least carb and calorie. The last 2 weeks, i eat so little feeling tired nearly all the time. Last 1 week I dont add any kithen salt. Last day before taking pix, I reduce water consumption.

i eat every 3 hour starting 630am. Until right before sleep. Eat mainly chicken breast, vege, oat bran or rolled,brown rice, whey protein.

Yeah, me record for lightest weight is 55.7kg after poo biggrin.gif this is my lightest weight for 10 years

For workout, I just go to the garden and do 2 day workout program that is. back and chest. Back I just do pull up, chin up while while the other day do pushup and tricep or abs workout. of course lots of cardio around 30-35 minutes per session

I reduce water and salt intake for the purpose of the ripped look ... just for my satisfaction. I want to know do I have the mental strength to follow the bodybuilder diet during cutting phase. Looks like I can follow a bit smile.gif

Thanks Jon, My ideal weight should be 65kg. I want to add at least 4kg muscle mass. My weakness is my back and chest

good luck man. I warn you cutting is really hard. Stay focus. You will like the result after 2 months (should lose about 6kg)

My weight before cutting 62-63kg. Before I start bodybuild my weight reached 71kg then I find that I look really bad. Turning head also feel like something stuck. The fat is like stuck at my neck and big belly. Then I decided to lose weight .... rclxms.gif

steven G, your shoulder and bicep is shaping up nicely. But you really need more mass. Eat more !!, lift heavier, rest and repeat you will look really good when you put on mass since you are genetically ripped.

being an ecto is better. Bulking is cheaper than cutting ... and you have less fat covering your main organ ..
