good job.
chest and traps need some work i guess.
abs starting to pop up.
but i think u seriously need more mass on ur chest.
shoulder and arms seems fine.
*
Yeah, lagging parts. trapz actually ok, but think this pic cant really see. in real life, feels that chest, triceps, biceps, legs and abs lagging.
but i'll be bulking till early next year! one whole year to bulk! w00t!

QUOTE(ReonLim83 @ May 15 2010, 10:34 AM)
Oh ya, of course, but he got one of the best calves, lol
24inch.
that was 2008.

Gigantic legs...
I want that too >.<

Added on May 15, 2010, 10:36 am

If i use smith machine, i usually put one of those aerobic board????? on the floor and do it on top.
tapi jarang la pakai smith machine. leg presses machine is better, can go really really heavy and more isolation, can go inward outward without no issue.

very sexy, u need a pointy nipple, then perfect.
LOL
bf 9%? bulk with quality mass man..
gudluck.

not harmful unless u ABUSE it.

hey whats up guys.. i took some pics after shoulder day today and just want some feedback on where im lacking..

i didnt take much pose.. only front and side.. and also, i need some advice for my biceps please  sad.gif  it doesnt have peak

but if i compare mine to my friend's, his is round and big like a coconut, mine is long and no peak.. if u understand that.

currently at 172cm and 62kgs.. hard to gain weight due to shitty class timetables.. zzz..

[attachmentid=1597023]
[attachmentid=1597024]
[attachmentid=1597025]

btw as u can see.. i got sharp titties too.. sigh... and i cant seem to get the btm part to connect.. i guess its genetics??

the lower chest area so far apart
*
Insertion poitns for the biceps and chest are genetic.
you cant make the btm meet no matter how hard u try. just focus on getting it bigger...
no before pics? hard to tell progress.
but in terms of direction, first, need to know your goal.
based on my own crazy ideals, i guess i'd say..... everything. lol.

QUOTE(jamis @ May 27 2010, 07:15 PM)

hm.. lemme giv a brief history of myself..

i was very small last time.. one of the smallest and weakest in class (high school).. im about 40 kilograms.. some of my classmates are 70.. without going to the gym..

they are naturally this big (got muscle mass at ard 18% fat - don't know how they become so big without going gym) and im this small.. shitty genetics.. ok to be fair there are some who are like 50 kg also

i'm not sure if i gain fat easily or not but i was at 41kg at 7% fat and now 13.5% at 48kg.. not sure if thats gaining fat easily

i don wanna be a bodybuilder.. i jus wanna gain weight.. too skinny.. but if gain an unhealthy amount of fat.. then no point la.. got other risk of diseases..
*
well, weight gain will be water weigth, fat weight, muscle weight.
muscle weight cant increase alot in a short duration, there is a max to how much u can pack on given a certain time.
there is also a max to water retention.
however, there is no limit to fat weight.
so best is to increase weight slowly progressively and not rush it.
like darklight said, its a lifestyle. so you set a long term goal and worktowards it, dun rush the weight gain.

Worse thing is fat cells once created cannot be destroyed, they just shrink. Which is
why a person who's been obese before has a higher chance of
getting obese again.

(By the way, i hate after cooking the oatmeal the sticky texture, can i just take oatmeal with lukewarm milk, before it gets sticky and wallop the whole bowl down my throat? lol sweat.gif )

Fast acting carbs before workout, hmmm, Can i just take 1 small piece of chocolate before workout? how much do i need?  rclxub.gif

Can you post your personal diet plan here so i can make a reference?  notworthy.gif

Crap... i was just heating up my popcorns thinking got drama to watch.

but on a more serious note, FoxAss, like what janson said, it depends on peoples goals...
those powerlifters lift heavy a** sh*t and want to be big and have a huge core to support massive weights.
not everyone wants to be super lean. altho i suppose about 90% of the population do.
i dont see much point trying to bash people about gut size when they dont care about gut size anyway.

mind to giv tips on what should i need to do ? and consumption too ?
*
well, weight loss is basically requires caloric deficit. if you plateaud and weight stopped dropping, means need to create more deficit.
2 ways to do this, 1, reduce amount of food. 2, increase caloric expense.
since u didnt ask diet, i assume you got it right and since u already lost 13 kgs. perhaps you need to cut down summor to continue losing.

for exercise, sicne only do rpm 2x a week. can increase to 3x a week.

as for what darklight mentioned, losing muscles is the worst thing that can happen. BMR drops, and it will be incresingly difficult to lose summore weight.

if want more advice, perhaps can go to the other thread, cos this is PIC thread.
also state what diet u currently consuimg, what u eat and WHEN. and also other than rpm, what else do u do.

Hi Mike. Thanks for replying and thanks for telling me that this is the wrong section to post my journal workout. Sorry Mode  icon_rolleyes.gif
Yeah I will do some homework about bodybuilding. Yup. I got a few friends that active in BB and I got 2 trainer to guide me. In fact, they are my friends that have been made bb as their lifestyle for awhile. Once again, thanks Mike  biggrin.gif So, how long you've been in this heavy sport?
*
Yo, im NO pro or sifu.... all i can say is that to change lifestyle, you'll need knowledge. alot of it. so your homework outside the gym would be to read up lots of articles.
this site has some nice articles http://www.t-nation.com/

this site has variety of diff exercises for diff parts of the body http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html

Dont forget to set goals and track progress smile.gif

my 2 cents advice would be: your first step sould be to lose the excess weight first. so the most important thing u need to study is dieting.
what to eat, when to eat, how many times to eat and finally, how much to eat.
once you get this right, then only look at supplements, no need jump to supplements so fast unless its just the basics (basics are: whey, creatine, multivitamin, fishoil)

as for training, we got some basic programs here http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/371250
but since u have 2 Trainers, maybe u already have a program, so u can stick with that.
if time allows, i'd suggest a seperate cardio and weight lifting session. if need to do both at same time, should be weight liftign first, then cardio after.
Good luck dude, hope my 2cents helps biggrin.gif
