I reduce water and salt intake for the purpose of the ripped look ... just for my satisfaction. I want to know do I have the mental strength to follow the bodybuilder diet during cutting phase. Looks like I can follow a bit

My weight before cutting 62-63kg. Before I start bodybuild my weight reached 71kg then I find that I look really bad. Turning head also feel like something stuck. The fat is like stuck at my neck and big belly. Then I decided to lose weight ....

steven G, your shoulder and bicep is shaping up nicely. But you really need more mass. Eat more !!, lift heavier, rest and repeat you will look really good when you put on mass since you are genetically ripped.
