currently, im 83 with 25% BF%

some people said body types change

endo is the target for all the negativity
train malas a bit, flab starts to build
train hard but eat not clean, gain strength but no change in looks
train hard and eat clean - still gotta do cardio some more

dec 2010 was rest time
bw was 84kg

jan 2011 back to action with severe diet for cutting
cals per day - 1900-2500 per day
fat - 80-140g pet day
carbs - 0 - 30 or 40g per day
protein - 180-250g per day

so far:
10 jan 2011 - 78.8kg
today : 73kg

pics: not much gained but more definition although my mindset is slowly but surely.abs have significant def and losing love handles but will only show once they come into place. hahaha

arms aku memang lagging bro
aku dah boleh curl db 17kg 8 reps full ROM tapi still camtu gak (BF tinggi)

as for the hair, i have straight hair and had it cut early january
so when it grows back, it becomes mushroom like for a while until it'll have the korean look
