u ecto just bantai as much as u want. bulking and cutting is not easy.

currently, im 83 with 25% BF%
some people said body types change
for me, i think its bull

ecto for easier to get good mass with proper dieting
they have the edge in metabolism and also less worried about aerobics/cardio
endo is the target for all the negativity
train malas a bit, flab starts to build
train hard but eat not clean, gain strength but no change in looks
train hard and eat clean - still gotta do cardio some more
