1. 3 months and u think its enough then its enough. not enough then continue. i bulked for 18 months already. it depends on how u wanna look.

2. do wateva works for u. everyone have different way. some would say go high reps low weight, some say low weight high reps. if it works then it work

3. u dont actually suck in the stomach. i think its pushing the air in ur stomach... hard to explain... but if it works then it works...

dont have to make things so complicated bro... just relax and lift. =.=

eggs smell really bad. makes me wanna puke too... especially when u just half boiled it... =.= or even hard boil...
scramble eggs are nicer

but lets make it easier.
first, u warm up...
second, lets say u know u can do 50lbs 10 reps.
do that weight for 3 sets.
dont have to increase the weight, coz i doubt u will be able to do more on 2nd set.
so, just stick to 50lbs x 10reps for 3 sets.

then follow up with ur next exercise or go more sets, up to u,

u will know when to progress.
when u can easily finish 3-4 sets of 10 reps.
then try 55lbs.
if u fail on the 3rd set, lets say u get 8, dont worry.
it wont kill u. hhaha

u have no chest muscles, shoulders are kinda narrow, ur back aint anywhere near to a point for u to go cutting, so does ur biceps+triceps.
anyway, its ur decision. haha...
