Ate a total of 10 scrambled eggs + 4 half boiled + 8 boiled eggs today.

Dunno what to eat on the AD.

My first week also,I've been eating Salmon,Beef,eggs,taking fish/salmon oil caps also.

Am not used to such high fat diet,having some trouble adapting.

Are cashew nuts ok?

Just get a small oven enough,am using a small one and its good enough for fish and beef,be careful cause fish smells!

True that and for sure they'll take it the wrong way.

Actually after eating so many eggs I don't even notice the smell and taste.

Was on keto for almost 1 year,lost around 15kgs with good muscle definition,but then decided I was too small and I switched to AD.

I don't really count but I do monitor how much of what goes in.

15 kgs did sound good to me too but I didn't like what I saw in the mirror,now at 95kgs each time I look into mirror it puts smile on my face!

I didn't gain much on Keto,just loss fat.

Normally my friends know what am doing so we always choose accordingly!

BTW I agree with Jon,bulk like crazy first.

Yeah its very noticeable especially when wearing same sized clothing.

Supplements am on is Whey,BCAA,creative and NO xplode.

You will lose some of your muscle mass as well.

Typical stickman behavior!

Legsperts I need some advice.

No squat rack in the gym so normally people use smith but I can't,movement just doesn't feel natural.

What I do is I use C&J to lower an Olympic bar on my shoulders then proceed to squats. Works fine with weights that am able to get off my back afterwards.

My max is currently Oly bar with 25kgs per side,more than that and I can't remove it alone.

Any suggestions how to progress for legs?

Am gonna give walking DB lunges and Bulgarian squats a try,thanx guys!

I don't have enough balance for overhead anything!

Seated variation is fine bro!

My shoulder day is also a hard day as my shoulders have some issues due to old tennis injuries.
