QUOTE(chicaman @ Jul 3 2010, 06:47 PM) I havent start squatting yet, afraid of back injuries because months back i got some minor back injuries. haha... zeist will say... 320kg leg press FTW!doing some leg press and 200lbs really make me go like what iamyuanwu said initially. but kinda immune to it already now lasted me for 1 day only for the soreness. been on 200lbs for 3-4 weeks. wana hit heavier weight next week. |

Haha i think building muscle is so much harder than losing weight.
u can lift all u want, but a lot of factors will determine ur muscle growth. genetic plays a very big role in it. i have trained for some time, but still look small and i dont see the muscles so it aint easy as u think it is. =.= |

QUOTE(chuakz @ Jul 13 2010, 10:34 PM) sifus....i'm thinking on taking creatine....i heard that aside from being an energy booster and muscle retainer....creatine actually helps in burning fat...increasing metabolism? or is it a myth? anyways...what are the best creatines in the market currently? both price-wise and quality-wise...or should I take bcaa? anyway...I'm thinking of having a lean body and not to grow too big.... it is to boost muscle strength and size. burning fat? hahaha this is the 1st time i hear.normally ppl on creatine are slightly bigger, coz bloated. =.= not the other way round... best creatine? zzzz... all creatine are the same. just take 5mg of it and its all good. |
