Choose one with which you're comfortable to do 10-12 reps!

Creatine does help,read on how it expands the muscle cell with water thus stressing it and triggering a response for increased protein synthesis.

Take as many as you want,cholesterol does not matter its the calories you should worry about if you dieting.

Joints should not be absolutely straight,slightly curved to maintain tension.

Some pt's do that on purpose so that the customer feels the pain and feels that he would be doing it wrong if the pt wasn't here!
