Not too sure what business that people run from home. Anywhere to find the list of potential tenants? I can only think of a few, not sure can be run in soho or not:
1) Nursery (babysitting service)
2) Tailor/ small fashion boutique
3) F&B? Can setup home food delivery maybe
4) Tuition center
5) Piano/ music teacher
Any soho already operating successfully in KV? Dare not invest due to lack of understanding of business model for soho.
