The 'limit' per each bank is difference, perhaps you could try Standard chartered they can give up to 80% margin off your gross salary/income...Is SOHO Worth to Invest?, Is SOHO Worth to Invest?

Hi R,
The margin of installment vs. your gross salary is often determined by the bank. Say your gross income is 10K. Some banks only approve your loan if your existing commitment has not reach 4K or 5K. But some banks will give go ahead even if your commitment has reached 70%! So, as long as you have not reach 80% threshold .. can still try.. |
