i like soho coz it is always built on top of shopping malls. it is very convenience especially retired ppl. u can get everything u want - pos office, medical, bank, food, movie, taxi etc.

i just bought one soho and plan to move when semi retired (and do some small own biz). haha

SOHO has bathroom/shower, wet kitchen while Office, office suite, SOFO, SOVO dun have.

you can chose to live in SOHO but not the others

most normal office do not include facilities eg pools, gym, game room etc but SOHO, SOFO does.

condo/apartment /normal office usually bigger build up and higher monthly maintenance fee..

it is all up to individual preferences...

QUOTE(hajimemashoo @ Dec 10 2011, 03:24 PM)
But the other day I called up on Prima Avenue Soho, they said it's actually office, which means in actuality it's base is in office, and well, you can't 'live' there.

Hence the confusion of the term SOHO. If soho is used just to describe the facilities provided as lucerne said, then whether the property can be 'lived in', will depend on how the developer allows it, right?

r u sure prima avenue is soho? does the developer stated soho in their brochure ?

based on the below sites, it is actually a suite office...

does the unit provide shower/bath room?

if yes, anyone suing the developer if they now refused tenant to stay as residential?
