Lately i'm planning to get a house from a developer but as far as i know the land is still under a master title & yet to be subdivided into individual lots....... 1) So in order for me to sign the S&P, do i need to sign the "Deed of Assignment" 1st? If yes, does it mean that i wont see my "Title No" or "Lot No" in my S&P? 2) If i signed "Deed of Assignment", do i still need to sign "Borang 14A" to transfer the name? 3) The developer charged their land to a bank to fund their project, can they still practice "Deed of Assignment"? Will my financier approve my loan since the land is under some sort of encumbrance? Thanks for the helps

Might be slightly offtopic: Some landed properties are strata too..

Getting Started

|
master title have to uses DOA. the loan documentation no problem.
once the individual title issued u/lawyer have to change your security (loan) document to borang gadaian and your developer will exesute borang 14A under ur name.
