I got a friend and his brother is missing in Australia for years already. No news about him and not sure whether he is dead/missing/hiding.

However, he got a land in Selangor where he shares the title with his brothers. (e.g. the land got his name, his bro's name (missing), his sis's name)

What to do?

if you want to declare him dead...need to wait 7 years..what is the purpose of you wanting his property? and relationship?
