i admit that narrator in Sae 's arc are okay but as long the narrator dont stealing focus from main story

the narrator gives something new to the getting dull episodes...hes funny so heck why not. He voices out what the characters are thinking sometimes..and with Sae's quiet character...he becomes useful..it's like listening to a commentator with a serious tone who jokes =D
