I am a new emule user. Version 0.46a .I left my emule on for 10hours ... woke up and saw one of four downloads ...dwnloading at 190 bps. three other downloads are not moving. Is there anything wrong?

How do I change the low ID?

I use D-link DSL-504T ADSL modem/router and streamyx. And .... i dunno how to unblock firewall and what is port forwarding? I read emule-project. but still have no idea.

GUys ... ... finally ...I am downloading from emule. And hopefully 12hours from now, I get to watch the legendary match between Yang Yang and Zhao Jian Hua. Downloading speed 9~13KB/s.

Today, I learnt something new ... everytime I shut down and boot up ... i'll have to open the ports again in my router to gain a high ID in emule.

This is perfectly normal , right??

erm .... I hope someone can help me deleting a file I downloaded.

I downloaded using Emule. so the file was found in C:Program files/emule/Incoming folder.

I then copied into D:

I cant delete both the copies. It says that some program is using it.
Then I tried deleting it from emule shared folder. Successfully deleted the copy in C: but not D:

Reason for delete ... file too big and can't be moved.

tried deleting after closing emule and offline but no avail. Anyone knows where's the shared folder for emule? Or how do I locate the shared folder?

The file I am trying to delete is in D: and emule is in C:
I made the mistake of dragging the file into D: to clear more space in the Incoming Folder.

How to delete in safe mode? How to get to the safe mode?

Thanks Bug .... but I discovered how to delete liao. From the emule task bar Click [options] tab and then [Directories] ... tick the corresponding box to include the respective folder containing the file you wanna delete.... click [Apply]. Close the Options window.

Click [Shared files] on the emule taskbar ... voila!!! the file I wanted to delete is there. Right click on the particular file and then Left click where it says [Delete from disk]

owenwong84 , I think you need to disable your firewall. Another thing is I set my TCP 4242 / 4242 and UDP 4800 / 4800.

I have a language problem. Most movies i downloaded are either in french, spanish or german. any cure?

I check liao. I only download the files with the title.avi but then still give me french/italian/german Try downloading Elysium. It has some nice CGI.
