When shall the Banker pay me the differential sum

After the buyer bank has released redemption sum to the vendor's bank to settle the seller loan amount, when can the seller get back the Differential sum; Profit Gain (Selling Price – Loan amount = Profit Gain).

once all the legal documentation is complete...they will release the balance loan amount..
