I have too many apps.
But the most important one is JuiceDefender. It really help improve my battery life by 2 times. Another good app which is useful to detect speed trap and police road blocks is Trapster |

I love my Launcher Pro. Made my Motorola Milestone so much more smoother and responsive especially the App Drawer.
