I am also lookig for Merana D'sara or SD Tower, current asking price for 1032sf is around RM280K. Do you think it is worth buying for own stay?

I quite like Sri Damansara area, can't get cheaper freehold property within my budget of around 280k! 280K is a bit high for old condo which is > 10 years, but I don't have much choice with the current property market, the new property all selling at crazy pricing !!
