I say bus is more worth. Putrajaya to Cyberjaya 30 minutes guaranteed.

There's a bus stop in front of Street Mall. Take bus U429, RM2, frequency 30 minutes, occasionally 1 hour as claimed by friends but I don't remember experiencing this before.
The bus will stop at Putrajaya ERL station. ERL RM9.50 to KL sentral. Monthly ticket is RM270 more or less. So monthly ticket more worth if you travel everyday.

Afternoon got food court near Street Mall which is cheaper a lot. Dinner time is Old Town, Padi, RM8-10 per meal excluding drinks, RM3-5 per glass. They are around 500m - 1000m away from Street Mall. Mamak is 24 hours, RM5 average, which you will get sick of it very quick.
Nearest shopping mall is Alamanda, Putrajaya.
Nothing nice here. Just have to get use to it. It's adopt or quit.

ipoh old town is located 500m-1000m FROM street mall.

always come here?

Or dengkil, or Sri Kembangan. You won't mind travel that far for Chinese Food if you have a car
