got a p67 asus board but curently in australia, wonder if local distributor would offer refund option... shipping cost to/from malaysia is a pain

when asus claims that our old motherboard will be replaced REGARDLESS of the condition...do they really mean it? pc wont boot, pc functioning slow and etc those prob?
