LGA1155  will be maximum 4cores/8threats.
8cores/16threats will be LGA1356(LGA2011).

I Just switch my pc from amd platform to intel platform using sandy bridge. Is the new intel proc more energy efficient compared to amd?

I'm hoping it will reduce my room temp. Haha

for sandy bridge architecture,
the integrated graphic is located in the same die with processor core.
they should communicated through the ring? not through the pcie controller. hmm.gif

on old platfrom like LGA775,
the integrated graphic is located on mainboard,
it should communicated with processor through fsb? not pcie lane as well. hmm.gif
