Really can't discuss AMD here? doh.gif  Yes Intel is better but is it wrong to discuss AMD here? Even in Red and Green camp, everyone are free to give opinion.  smile.gif

u know why they dont wan others to discuss AMD here? because they r hardcore Intel's fans! hahaha.. for red n green camp if u notice properly.. red camp can discuss almost anything about green. even if someone commented green is alot better than red and the comments will not be deleted but if u said red is better than green in green camp, the comments will b removed in green camp. hahaha

ok now back to the main topic! u wanna know another reason why we cannot discuss AMD here? its because Intel proc is too damn strong until AMD cannot fight at all. its not like at the red n green camp where their graphic cards r almost on par with each others. at here Intel wins all. even in AMD processor thread Intel also win hands down laugh.gif laugh.gif

SB doesnt have PCIe 3.0 controlller so to get the 3.0 bandwidth you MUST go with an IB CPU + Z77 or P67/Z68 etc Gen3 mobo.

thanks for the clarification. btw pcie 3.0 vs pcie 2.0 performance is so minor only for gpu.. but for ssd i know there is a gap

I'm not sure how people judge the minor difference but for me minor improvement is better than nothing.

Yes, you will only see a significant difference between 3.0 vs 2.0 on 3-way & 4-way SLI/CFX @ high resolution like triple screen.

btw i will not oc 3770k because the turbo boost already gives 3.9ghz

btw i will not oc 3770k because the turbo boost already gives 3.9ghz. so im not worried about the high temp issue
