when asus claims that our old motherboard will be replaced REGARDLESS of the condition...do they really mean it? pc wont boot, pc functioning slow and etc those prob?

hi guys,is the sandy bridge issue solved?and why the asus board - sabertooth P67 got R3 version?
R3 version meaning the sata port all can use liao?

I also just ordered m,y MSI GD55 board with him last sat and transfered to him. But he say no stock until now. =.=!
