how many fittings is it usually for bespoke suit?

I went to a tailor and he quoted me RM1,600 with one fitting only.

I thought with custom made suit needs many fittings to get it right? The tailor said other tailors are idiots... lol..

I scared the quality not gonna be great since he said can finish in one week only... RM1,600 not exactly cheap. (normal Italian wool)... with Zegna cloth he quoted RM8k minimum
