Not all HTiB comes with Optical Inputs....most budget ones offer Coaxial only.

For less than 1K...bad2928 recommended one should be sufficient as I think it has both Optical in and Coaxial in.

Next are the Samsung HTiB sets...it also offers Optical ins..price is much lower than Philips.

Do not buy Panny HTiB as even though it has Optical-ins...it doesn't support DTS through Optical....JVC I'm not sure.

Best is bring along your stuff to test it out at the shop...make sure the movie files you bring have DTS and DD

So there's no question about Pioneer not having audio. Someone mentioned no audio output or i overlooked
