how is flourescent color look like?
*
flourescent spray can color somewhat look like the color from highlighter pen.
and texture is more flat than normal flat spray..

thats my 'result' after use dpi/anchor fluorescent blue.

*note tat final color might vary depends on ur plastic base color

QUOTE(Parody @ Jul 4 2011, 09:01 PM)
That is correct.

Decals stick better to smooth (or glossy) surface, so Mark Setter is not necessary unless the decals are of old-age and the glue has lost its stickiness. If it sticks properly, you could use Mark Softener instead.

For flat/matte/rough surfaces, the decals might have problem sticking on them. Mark Setter will help it stick better to the surface. Of course, you can still use Mark Softener if you wish.

In other words, what you use depends on what you want to do. If it doesn't stick, use Mark Setter. If you want to thin the decal or apply it over uneven surfaces, use Mark Softener. Feel free to use both.

from a 1000 grit sandpaper.

if for gloss coat , can use the future floor wash (rm50+ from ace hardware, medium size bottle, can paint and air brush, after paint ur gundam smell good also rclxms.gif )
flat cloat.. last time i found resource say tat krylon flat spray quite good, but now they cancel the old top coat liao.

most ppl recommend this:
lacquer base spray can > gloss top coat > panel line with wash method(enamel) + decal > final top coat (gloss/flat)?
*
but i think u can skip 1st gloss top coat if u using water slide hmm.gif , tried water slide decal applying on flat surface, works fine.
if ur base spray is flat, then u nid gloss top coat for panel lining
