Collect rental after sign SPA?, Rental fr existing tenant belong to whom

hi all, may i ask as soon as i sign-up the SPA, the rental from existing tenant still belong to seller until full disbursement of loan or is belong to buyer from the date of SPA ??

Seller gets the rent.
I was in this situation once, due to S'ngor land office work in slow-motion. The Buyer moved in as tenant, and I collect market rate rental for several months until all the legal stuff are settled. |

You can have it in as part of the clause.
Then obviously the current owner would want it to still be under his name. Don't you agree? |

Under normal circumstances......rental is yours only after full disbursements. But in a subsale deal, EVERYTHING is negotiable.......... thank you   Never try never know.....  |
