generally, asian/oceanic more than half likes to roll horde,
maybe we don't really fond with the mid- / dark ages knight in shinning armor, castle(meaning alliance's human & dwarf)

Hmm rather than generalize two nearly identical factions, it is probably better to check individual faction performance for your target realm and battlegroup.

Wintergrasp records, lv80 active demographic, guild achievements, progressions, arena stats (1st page all blue omg??), forum QQ, etc. Very easy

all of your points are imbalance towards the horde due to a doubled population.

1. They win more WG due to numbers
2. they have more active lvl 80 count due to numbers
3. they can achieve more since they have gotten... oh wait... more numbers.
4. they can progress more because... oh wait... want me to repeat that?

Hmm that reminded me of Thaurissan during TBC. The horde overwhelmed the demographics, but they were complete stomped by Alliance at PVE progression records and arena ratings. So, yeah quantity quality thing.
