union is good...but sometimes it deviate from it origin objective

union in malaysia based on my personal experience.. fight for something, promise for something but at the end.. fail to delivered.

in some places.. the union is un officially banned..

demand and supply..

if u strike here in malaysia.. there are plenty more want the works, biggrin.gif

in manufacturing area, no use for them to have union..

if let say.. one in the future all foreign worker are allowed to work in bank, i believe that the union no longer relevent..

that the GOOD side of the UNion.. fighting fo something..

but in return.. they need to prove something.... but as usual.. they fail.. and the blame back to the employer
