One shop in Pandan Jaya offering 32' Toshiba for RM1299 [Clearance stock].
Samsung too , a good choice thumbup.gif

Or,

I have better suggestion. If you quickly glance through this Home Entertainment section, you could view lots of Tele [branded] topics.

You can read up and ask as much as question you like and decide which is the best for your need.

Nicam Stereo if i'm not mistaken, it's the same concept as astro I-II function...
we can change the voice/audio language for the program that is currently show on certain channels..
the example, when we watch cartoon on TV3, then, the cartoon have dual language, one is English, other one is Malay, so if u want to watch in Malay, just press the button labelled "I-II" (My Panny remote are like that)
Btw, not Samsung only can support Nicam Stereo.., Panny LCD also can support it... tongue.gif
But unfortunately, there are no Terresterial TV in Malaysia used Nicam Stereo fully..... sad.gif

I mean Samsung provide NICAM Stereo system while other same price LCD brands don't offer.

I recently bought 3 LCD Tvs this year 2010, Panasonic 32" for RM1799, Samsung 32" for RM1499 and Samsung 22" for RM899" but i don't remember their models. I hope the price will help you to define what product range they are.

Both brands deliver great picture quality,
but surprisingly cheaper Samsung have NICAM Stereo eventhough they don't show the sign in their packing boxes.
Plus convenience channel setup, i.e. channel name, channel arrangement, channel deactivation

NICAM Stereo means your TV sound is produced in 2 channel stereo that is essential in HiFi system
This system is for antenna reception only, you will enjoy listening your TV channels like "FM Stereo"
Astro decoders would not need this because they can transmit 2 channel audio via audio output
But I'm not sure if astro channel for TV1, TV2 and TV3 broadcasted in stereo too hmm.gif
Of course all TV station in Malaysia now already have NICAM Stereo compatibility, TV3 was the first station, followed by NTV7, TV1, TV2, 8TV and TV9

Maybe some time, or they just can't play stereo at all times like playing old movies, etc.
But i like to hear TV2 logo being played, it is actually sound really interesting, you can hear the vocalists singing "TV2" at their own positions. rclxms.gif
Most commercials also now being played in stereo
You have to sit at the center position of speakers, and better yet, with seperate amplifier system.
But I don't think Astro provide stereo audio for TV channels, except the channels listed in their packages only doh.gif
