aight aight thx for the advice bro
however, these are my requirements i posted in the recommendation thread earlier
would ad300 suffice?
as per below:
Hi guys, i'm looking for a headphone with the budget of rm200 - rm300
The music that i listen to is ranging from eminem to linkin park to mariah carey and everything in between
currently have a phillips shp2700 which umm, dsnt satisfy me me at all sonically after having my sound magic pl-50 iem
i still do use my iem but would prefer a headphone as it's easy to put on n take off
any suggestions? prefer one that has better sq than the pl-50
p/s: other significant preferences are wide sound stage for the background music, and good bass for some rap rock thumping as well as clarity for me to jizz over mariah's voice n most importantly, gotta be comfy on the ear n head for long hrs
Suffice? i would says yes. AD300 is a entry level Audiophile range headphone. But if you need more certain extent bass then go for better one like AD700 but for me AD300 just a nice budget headphone and had a certain bass and money for me. I also owned this unit before. would be good to entry level.

Hey forgot to tell you to add me in the list.
Owner of ATH AD-700.
Boom Boom,
Still prefer Senn 595 compare to ATH-AD 700
what i can say ATH-AD 700 very high on treble bass is moderate.
It is low watt usage. means any portable device could support it being full sound quality.
I Love my ATH -AD 700 and my Senn 595
for ATh-AD 700 the price is cheap =) u can get it RM 400+ online
The price of AD700 is depend on region and some it might cheaper a bit but not as cheap as RM400 i would see. Please check and authentic weather is genuine or not. AD700 have alot fake version in the market. beware. if you happen never listen to AD700 before the sound or driver can be clone and is not as good as original and the sounding is much 5 linggit sounding. much harsh/not balance in certain level.
Try to burn-in more hours. sounding will change to a certain smooth level. roughly around 500hours or more..
