300 - 500
Different driver (smaller 40mm as opposed to the 53mm on the 500), different color cable, different frequency response, different impedance, different color outlook... rclxms.gif
Driver angle not sure

500 - 700
Different wound, (same size driver 53mm) probably OFC6N for the 700, impedance different, cable different, housing is made from magnesium while 500 is plastic housing...both use alu honeycomb grills, different color outlook...Both have angled driver....

the logi is superior in its decoding capabilities and electronics...much like a Prius

Sound quality usually the headphone makers have a slight edge but only for their high end or mid to high product...their low end like these gaming headsets all from the same sourced OEM drivers from China or Taiwan such as Fostex or DAIN or other big company who cater similar products...Its just audio company tends to have better response due to their outlook design or their brand wink.gif

I've tested all of them and I own a AD500 n T500....Among the options you gave, T500 woops AD500 cups anytime.... laugh.gif
