If out of 80 people, 16 have AD700, that would take 250 peoples with AT cans and probably 50 people with AD700

Does anyone here have hearing problems from wearing headphones for too long (and perhaps too loud) ? I cant seem to put on my headphones for more than 1 hour straight or else I cant put them back on for a few days; Feels like my eardrum going to tear anytime soon if I do.

AD700 different range, its open cans. WS70 something like M50, close cans with extreme bass. The bass is causing all my trouble
