and true.. u need'nt spend that much.. but i just happened to like the siggy from the vtg soo much, i'd to own it myself.

if not, probably i'd be happy with a modded ksc75 (modded to a close cans.. expected about rm300~400 budget total) and a good amp (hippo amp/w1 etc, arnd rm300 range) + good player, or AD500..

total is about rm1k total setup.. (portable player included.. which is not cheap. sansa clip is already rm260 mind you.)

that's talking budget. if i got a lil bit extra to spend.. then probably arnd 1.5k to 2k setup.. u'll have too much choice over here to look for, plus better dac/amp as well, and its easier to max out the potential of the setup.

but since i have my vtg.. my amp and dac will have to be very good to pull out the potential of the cans.. if not.. i wont be far off from the rm1k max'ed out setups.

so for my setup i'll need more than rm4k to max out.. including the cans.
at least.. this is my opinion.. regarding only headphones...

the best option for headphones now.. i think, would be the hd650 + pcwork custom cable.. about rm2.5k total..
u can run them quite well from a normal player + a cheap amp.. and performs even better than my vtg.

here.. different people have different standard ma.. according to their poisoned level..
those heavily drugged tends to have higher requirements..

the Pmod, if i compare, it makes my fuze sounds flat.. not using it anymore now.. lacking dynamics.
trebles and bass also goes further up and down..
apart from really showing weakness of mp3 encodings, it is simply brilliant.. shud have done this wayy before.. plug it with w1 and vtg brings it to another level that's not reachable even with desktop + ASIO + foobar2k.. it betters my old prodigy 7.1LT as well.. love it

i found myself listening to Heart of Wine Red and enjoy it... i always have problems listening to these kind of audiophile songs.. not anymore..

the trick in using macro lens.. is to try capturing flat planes.. and/ or..
using smaller apertures..
marcro shots are usually done at f11-f16 range (on full frame..), or f5.6 to f11 on aps-c. u can actually pull more details stopping down a lot on macro lens.. plus having a lot more DOF headroom.
of course.. this will need more steady hands (tripod) or proper lighting (flash)..

the second pics would look more impressive if shot at f8.

i never typically use f4 as minimum (for handheld) macro shots.. usually f7.1+

since we start wood appreciation.. nak ambik gamba kayu so that texture, color and contrast retained.. susah woo..

very nice full sounding, couldnt really find any weakness in SQ,
average soundstaging, width is ok, depth is lacking a bit,
smaller width than ad700 if u need to know, probably as wide as ad300..
very nice built quality.. nice wood finish..

currently.. it's between woody2 vs dba02... guess i like naturally colored sounding..
