No excuse to being poor, cant afford gyms fees, equipment, you can diy at at less than RM10. ya you're right, less than RM10!

What is a Bulgarian Bag?
The Bulgarian Bag is the ultimate extreme fitness tool for both serious Olympic caliber athletes and the average fitness enthusiast. If you’re looking for a method of training that maximizes your strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, mobility, and overall explosiveness then training with the Bulgarian Bag is for you!

* The shape of the bag is designed to allow for both upper and lower body training while emphasizing grip strength at all times.
* The three different types of handles allow the athletes to execute exercises by using different grips.
* Every size bag and weight can be identified by the different colors of the strap handle.
* The Bulgarian Bag strengthens and increases your muscular endurance and overall shoulder and joint mobility.

No, please just leave it here, the intention is to let people know they can actually DIY some great thing with minimal cost. if combined, it will be buried under tonne of post

It amazes me and sometimes makes me kinda sad how you some of us who have access to something are just too lazy or fussy to do something good out of it. Let me give you a way to solve the stinkiness out of the tires.

Certain tires have a compound whose name slips my mind at the moment, but that compound causes this particular smell to the tire. What can be done is to either get the tires without that compound (unlikely) or boil a pail of water and put the rubber into the water. Add Clorox. It'll remove all the grime and crap from it when boiling in the water. Then hang out the tires and sprinkle baking soda all over it and for some reason, (although rubber isn't absorbent) the smell seems to go away. Or if you're like me, too lazy....the smell eventually went away anyway.

And to those who are attempting to make this bag, the first knot will be so easy to tie. It's the second knot that will be a bitch to tie so make sure you don't overfill the sandbag with too much sand. That way you won't be having the problem of tying it up. And it's very important that you guys clip the darned cable ties and sandpaper the sides. IF possible, find a way to use the rubber to wrap around the cable tie so it doesn't cut your fingers.

I'd learn how to do the sandbag swings and then the power snatches and sandbag circles (around the head) first. These three movements seem to be the core to learning every other movement on the Bulgarian sandbag. However, this bag like any other tool has it's limits and you'll find that your conditioning level will increase as well as flexibility but don't be expecting superhuman strength anytime soon with this sandbag.

i just wash it with the normal washing powder and dry it. it is allright to me.

be extra carefull with cable ties, it can be very sharp after u cut off the extra length. be sure to wrap it more with the tape

i gotta add in the top handle. wink.gif
