the ram slot got problem...one of connecting pin something...he mentioned that before..
from what i see it...the distro dun want to bear the cost of RMA or exchange it coz it's not they selling the board...so they just give tons of bullshits to scare u off...really sorry for u...

how possible is it to have do such defect by the user...i've already taking out the sticks so many time and putting the stick under xp120 is damn hard...have to wrestle it...but still no problem to the pin or board what...
it is IMPOSSIBLE for any person who is just inserting a ram stick to make such defect...this one must have passed the QC (done randomly) and they (DFI) wouldnt want to confess to their negligence...
