he's too slow.. he showed this when he was completely out-runned by Ribbery. Rafael should be given the chance, he makes mistakes sometimes, but he's definitely more pacy and energetic than Neville.

what is the point of having experience if you cant catch up to the winger?

yes, he has the tendency to do what you said but it is not a guarantee that he will do it again.

on the other hand, it is guaranteed that neville is less pacy than Bale.

they both has weaknesses, the only difference is that one is a tendency while the other is guaranteed...
