I've just bought a nexus one! Woo Hoo!!!

I'm in the cool club now haha...

Anyways, i have a question. It seems that i don't have gmaps. I even tried going to the marketplace and to m.google.com/maps but i can't seem to get it.

Any tips nexus sifus?

Edit : Found out the reason why. Dealer pre-rooted the phone for me with cyanogen rom (as cyanogen's roms don't include google files). Thus missing the gmaps but found out how to install in back again in xda forums. All good now

Or nexus one will be a collectors smartphone and it will cost millions to own one in the future...

Did you flash your phone with another rom? if you did, maybe your radio is not updated.

Flashed to cm6 rc3 as well. SO far it's quite stable and liking it

Delete your market cache in > settings > applications > all applications > market > clear data & cache

When you go into market again, you will have to accept terms and conditions again (don't worry, your apps will still be there) and it should be okay after that.

Try downloading another media player from the market. I use mixzing but i'm not sure if it plays wma files. Worth a shot though or search the market for a wma player.

Stable cyanogenmod 6.0.0 has been released. So far it's very good but will test for few more days and see what's new...

There are some class 10 micro sd cards selling off ebay from international sellers though. However there are also some local sellers from lelong.com.my

Can't find good brand from lelong so it's quite cheap. About rm100 for 8gb, brand kingmax? haven't heard of that brand :-

Guess kentang is getting obsessed with android. No other things to do all day long than to look for android related articles. I think that kentang's secretly an Android fan

Galaxy s can be found for about 2k now. About the same price with N1 i think. Desire can be found for about 1.8 or so...

The 2k price is for SGS AP set. If original set, it's 2.4++. At least that's the price i saw when browsing around lately.

A good way to survey is to go to the tradezone in lowyat here or do a check in lelong.com.my. Plenty of good prices
going around.

The way that android works, there is no need to exit apps and only run 1 app at a time. That sounds so ridiculous lol, running one app at a time
