honestly i never have this issue. and i've used 3 nexus already..

maybe i'm lucky? btw i rarely used the pouch coz i prefer the epikcase i got from askarperang

haha looks like 3 nexus made u guys wonder. the first one i got from irwan, then i sold to gain money for sthing else.. soon after i bought back from irwan.. now i received the 3rd nexus from my sister who got it free from her company that she works with..

so currently basically i have two, but of coz i'm selling one of them. just lazy to open new thread coz i've been selling quite few phone recently. so just let it sit in the box for a while haha..

i use wifi tether with the desire rom.. no problem so far

it's responsive, but what makes people say it's not responsive is because HTC on purposely implement a bit different way of using it.

once u get used to that method, then u'll find it as responsive as a good touch button could be

the Froyo update most probably will come out this week.. so anyone receive OTA do update us here..

i cant wait for this update!!

erm yes that's what i'm doing now with my Desire.. although i doubt Desire will get froyo update as fast as Nexus one.. huhu.. and i guess u're rite regarding the sense roms..

imagine Nexus One that is way faster than now and capability to install apps on sd card.. it makes root less desirable for average joe.. but later on enthusiast like us definitely will get bored and root is the only way to have full control of the device..

iPhone vs android again?

well recently i just subscribe to Digi iPhone plan because it's quite cheap.. but i dont want to have more than 2 numbers so u know what i use the iPhone for? Mp3 player / gaming device!

i dont even put a sim in it.. and most of the time i just leave the iPhone in the bag.. stimes after i connect to my car's ipod player i just leave it there.. huhu

people will keep on comparing all phones with the iPhone. u know why? bcoz whatever we feel, iPhone has been a hit since it was released and eventhough it has thousands of limitations, it still considers as the best phone out there by majority. and we are not the majority yet.

i am one of the earliest nexus one user here (iianm after shahz and bahathir) and i've no prob with people comparing nexus one with iPhone.

i guess the word spam is too broad. if talk bout nexus one only, no comparing, no slight empty talk, this will become a very nerd topic. and i mean slight not over.

that's why i last time fed up with lowyat.net..i was active heavily in oc section until lots of people provide nothing but just to act good. not to mention anyone, but that really happened in oc thread last time

it's a nature that people comparing 2 good things, esp if the new stuff coming out saying it's a xxxx killer..

some people want information on which phone is better. they want to know what nexus one users gonna say bout it, hoping that users here will give unbiased and honest hands-on review.

when i first wanna jumped into android, nexus one to be specific, it really hard for me to decide because i was in comfort zone with the iPhone. and at that time i only have Shahz to ask for and luckily the guy who sold me the nexus one (irwan) was using iPhone at that time.. so u know what, fellow users recommendation and advice is really important in making decision compared to internet review.

u dont care, then dont bother and u dont have to bold on things that u dont care bout. i dont care bout many things in this thread, and i just skip that post. read bout only things i interested with. and i stand my ground that comparison between phones is important to those who cant make decision on his own.

no offence, and sorry for arguing. i appreciate and fully understand that u saying that for the sake of this thread, but this is forum and some people will find it interesting, informative but some others might feel it totally rubbish n useless. so live with it.

as i said people want to know more from nexus one user. if they ask in that thread then nexus one users keep replying there, the thread will become like nexus one thread. so in the end which thread is the best to know how nexus one stands against other phone other than in nexus one thread itself. and some more in those threads of comparison, the answer might come from not a user of nexus one so the result might not that accurate.

yes never ending. no argue about it.

however sharing is caring. everything is related to nexus one no matter whether it comes from non user or user should be allowed to post here. if u think we are only allowed to talk bout new rom and how cool our theme looks, then do u think everybody especially non user is interested with it? they dont even have nexus yet.

okey. i'm done with this matter. i might be the bad person here but i bet sooner or later people will keep comparing with other phone. maybe iPhone, maybe desire.. or maybe other upcoming android. then based on ur spam concept, they shouldn't be allowed to post here coz we can only talk bout nexus one. even if we want to compare, it can only be between nexus one vs nexus one.

don't worry. once the update is release u can see lots of feedback from users in xda forum.. even though i cant wait for the update, i still want to see the early feedback first to see if there's any issue / bug with the froyo..

FR44 rom .. is that the one all of us are waiting for? new rom together with Froyo update?
