I'm worried about the 4 touch sensitive buttons. Is it really that inaccurate? I read some reviews that its respond area centre is actually slightly above to where the buttons are.

I know TS said it required practice. I want to ask other Nexus One owners on what do you feel about it.

I have a couple of questions

1. From where did you buy your Nexus One?
2. What about its warranty? Does global warranty means that htc malaysia (or Sis) will give service to it?

Thanks.
Do you know how to ban an incoming call in the Froyo stock rom setting?
*
I want to know this as well.

However I have a workaround. Assuming you are not using voice mail, save the number you are banning into contacts. Edit it and redirect the call into voicemail. You won't get any call from that number again.

Hi. All sifu here.
Google Nexus One is my 1st smartphone ever use before.
So really newbie & noob about Nexus One (Android).

Anyone can kindly introduce which application normally should install in this phone & where can i download it ?

Do i need to root his phone 1st before install those application ? How ?

Thank u in advance for those sifu answered my question.
*
1. Charge your phone at least for 4 hours first. This is to calibrate the battery.

2. No need to unroot the phone first. Can install apps without unroot. Unroot is done for 'advanced stuff', which you may not need right now.

3. Getting new apps is done by browsing the Market on your phone.

Congrats and happy playing with your new super phone!

Normally which apps is favourite to install or must install ?

I really newbie in smartphone so sorry for asking silly question..
*
1. I believe in off condition

2. I don't know about must have apps, it varies according to your preferences.

SMS - try handcent sms or chomp sms
media - tunewiki, shazam, meridian
twitter - twidroid, twicca, seesmic
facebook app
google sky
don't know much about games
ringdroid (edit songs to become ringtone)
3banana notes
astrid
ASTRO file manager
appbrain
barcode scanner
opera browser
layar
meebo IM
others can add some more.

Try googling for top 10 android apps. there are lots of blogs writing about must haves app.

3. You need to be online to access market. You can be over wifi or on data plan. offline app installation is possible though. Try google for ".apk" file of the app. Put the apk file onto your sd card and open it to install.

4. I am a noobie too biggrin.gif
