Hi, need some advice as I'm still pretty new to all these updating stuff.
I'm about to move from CyanogenMod 5.0.8 to 6.0.0 on my rooted phone, and also upgrade to a 16GB class 4 microsd card. Are the following steps correct?
1. Backup SD card's contents to PC.
2. Copy downloaded ROM 6.0.0 to SD card's root level.
3. Copy downloaded Google Apps to SD card's root level.
4. Boot into recovery (I'm using ClockworkMod version).
5. Wipe data and cache.
6. Flash CyanogenMod ROM
7. Flash Google Apps
8. Reboot and test to make sure everything is working.
9. Swap 16GB card into phone.
10. Restore backed up contents from PC to new card.
11. Enjoy new ROM.
Did I miss anything?
Any suggestions as to how I should partition the 16GB card, bearing in mind I plan to load around 8GB of music onto it.
Thanks for any help.
