Actually it's still available, just that it's only available through telcos like Vodafone in United Kingdom and KT in Korea. It's actually a reference and sort of for developers smartphone, it's not marketed for direct consumers. It's just be made available for direct consumers. Overall, it's still a very solid and almost perfect smartphone ever.

According to Google, Nexus One is more like developers test device and to prove to mobile consumers that Android can be very powerful. IIANM, it's the first phone with 1GHz CPU in a 'superphone'.
