flash flash here i come

Make bundle Apps2SD working
- adb remount
- adb shell pm setInstallLocation 2

flash is working on "most" of the sites.. most importantly its working in facebook videos

papago m6 works on 2.2

My flash works on YouTube. But not in Facebook farmville ..anyone has this issue?

Farmville is too heavy, I don't think so it will work, even playing on PC also lagging.

Anyway others Facebook games seems working, but not ready playable la.

Seems like now the google site traffic congested. I can't download the update zip file.

your is rooted or unroot N1?

My rooted but with stock ROM N1 can't use the update.zip as well. Got error T.T
not sure should I flash to custom rom or not

I just flash to froyo, will update all you guys ther performance of froyo

use titanium backup to restore the apps???

EDIT: i tried install titanium backup.. it keeps on reboot my device once installation start.
i had too many apps in my previous rooted phone before now the system "managed applications" downloaded shows tons of apps but not functioning...
damn.. i think need to wipe and make it clean.

ish, unrooted phone can't use the titanium backup,,, have to note down what apps i'd installed before flashing the froyo2.2 then 1 by 1 install back after flashing. =.= gosh

since u rooted, why don't use modaco ver......I'm also use modoco without any problem found

For those using custom rom with App2SD enable. I would suggest backup all the content of your SDcard first.

This stock froyo ROM will not recognize the apps install on previous App2SD (from custom rom)

For me, I will use this stock froyo as temporary first. Then once Cyanogen come up with its custom rom based on froyo. I will flash it.

i noticed these are the new things in android 2.2 aka froyo:

- new camera interface options
- rotation can go left or right for landscape mode (270 degrees)
- portable wifi hotspot and usb tethering
- can now have unlock screen pin or password instead of just the pattern on previous 2.1 / 2.0
- flash 10.1 beta (need to download from market). works on most flash sites, videos quite laggy and bad sound
- overall speed improvement (i only feel slight speed improvement but not much)
- updated "recent" task switcher interface


that's all i noticed so far
- apps2sd works only if the app allows this, currently no apps are available with this feature so you cannot use it yet.
- some apps cannot work such as dolphin browser, acv..i think they need to be recompiled for 2.2 to work.

Successfully updated to Froyo 2.2. However, the app to sd card is grayed out. I can't install any apps to sd card.

yes.. i guess the best is to backup sms & call logs...
wipe the data and do a flash installation, then install those app back one by one..
